政治家もネット力大切 ツイッターなりすまし（産経新聞）

　ミニブログ「ツイッター」で政治家のなりすましが相次いで発覚した問題で、政治家側が被害防止に困惑している。迫る参院選を前に、なりすましは困るが、「こんな忙しいときに振り回されている時間はない」とぼやく陣営も。ただ、基本的な対策をとっていない陣営も少なくなく、専門家は「もっと意識を高めて」と注意を喚起している。

　始めてもいないツイッターを他人に勝手に始められる被害に遭った民主党の桜井充参院議員の陣営では、再発防止のため、複数のスタッフで「なりすまし」ツイッターが登場していないか監視する態勢を取った。

　しかし、桜井議員は今夏の参院選に宮城選挙区から出馬予定。鳩山由紀夫首相が退陣し、選挙は迫っている。陣営幹部は「これからというのに、こんなことに振り回されていては…。時間も労力も限られている」と事態に困惑している。

　同様に被害に遭った藤本祐司参院議員も改選を控える身とあって、「特に対策はしていない」（陣営）。「今後も出てくる可能性は大いにある」と危機感は強めているものの、現実的な対処は後回しだ。

　「なりすまし」を防ぐには、運営会社が本人であることを証明する「認証アカウント」を取得するのが最も有効だ。取得すれば本人のツイッターのみに目印がつく。鳩山首相ら、ツイッターを利用する多くの政治家が認証を済ませている。

　しかし、取得していない政治家も少なくない。「きちんと備えていれば『なりすまし』は防げたはずだ」（ある参院議員事務所）と、被害に遭った政治家の“準備不足”を指摘する声もある。

　メディアジャーナリストの津田大介氏は「認証アカウントを取っておくのが、なりすましを防ぐ最も現実的な対応」と説明。ツイッターを始める意思はなくても認証アカウントを取得しておけば、「なりすまし」が現れても区別がつく。

　「今回のなりすましは、政治家がツイッターを始めた草創期ゆえに起こった事態。これを教訓に、政治家も意識やネットリテラシー（使いこなす力）を高めていく必要がある」と話している。
